Update on COVID-19

The situation with COVID-19 is dynamic worldwide and has evolved in the past few weeks in our region too. In these testing times, we, as a global community must work in cohesion to limit the spread of infections. Quite understandably and in line with most of the World, the government of Djibouti has decided to put the country in containment until 8 April 2020.

How Does This Affect Djibouti Telecom?

We actually started preparations several weeks ago with many staff working from home, online meetings and restrictions on employee travel. As of now, most of our offices are closed and ONLY critical services will be delivered. We are doing our utmost best to ensure continuation of services for both our local and international customers. All our communication channels are open with our team working round the clock to answer your questions/address your concerns. If you do want to get in touch, please email us on:
