Ethio Telecom and Djibouti Telecom are pleased to announce the planned renovation of the Djibouti-Ethiopia Digital Corridor. A high level delegation was sent by Ethio Telecom and were met by our Director General Mohamed Assoweh Bouh.
The renovation of the fiber optics interconnection links will be redundant, providing high-capacity services; this will create a reliable connection between the two countries helping both countries to offer improved services.
This is a great example of regional integration and part of a range of planned initiatives between our respective countries to increase co-operation even further. Increased connectivity between our neighbouring countries will only strengthen all our respective economies.
